Alison is a native Nashvillian and longtime Wilson County resident with more than 15 years experience in publishing. Prior to joining the NBJ as Associate Editor, she worked as senior copy editor and research editor at Southwestern Company in its publishing division. Out of the office, she combines her love of food and writing to pen articles about local restaurants for a Wilson County magazine. Whether it's handling the NBJ's social media accounts or heading up her local church's communications efforts, Alison enjoys connecting with people.
