Prior to Microsoft, Giancarlo spent several years at Deloitte Consulting where he focused on organizational transformation and M&A efforts with heavy practice in the Technology and Media industries. Giancarlo has an engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
