She is the founder of Coding Blonde, a blog dedicated to empowering women in technology and breaking stereotypes. Masha’s mission is to empower women in tech to live their lives on their terms. Her background is in Marketing and Market Research and she has worked at a few tech startups, Google and at the University of Colorado Boulder as a Global Entrepreneur in Residence. She now works full-time on Coding Blonde while travelling the world with her partner.
