Victoria is an Associate Director at EY, where she oversees the campus hiring for EY’s Financial Services Organization (FSO) Advisory practice across the US. In her 12 years at EY, she has hired for various parts of the business and has worked with numerous universities to help prepare students for success in the job market. Prior to joining EY, Victoria was an Assistant Director in MBA Admissions and brings her knowledge of the higher education world to her work in campus recruiting. Victoria received her BA in American Studies and Political Science from Columbia University, where she was a 4-year Division I athlete on the crew team. She then went on to receive her MA in Education and Social Policy from NYU. After almost 20 years in NYC, Victoria recently made the big move to the suburbs of Connecticut, where she lives with her husband, James, and their 14 -month-old son, Ethan.
